A computational designer specializing in robotics, autonomous systems, and AI-driven workflows, with a deep passion for exploring the intersection of art and science. Originally from La Guaira, Venezuela, Beikel’s work merges computational geometry, material-aware fabrication, and machine learning, redefining how digital tools interact with physical materials.
Beikel holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently completing a Master of Science in Design: Robotics and Autonomous Systems (MSD-RAS) at UPenn. As a Project Computational Designer at Ramboll, he develops optimized, digitally fabricated solutions, integrating advanced robotic workflows and AI-enhanced fabrication methods into architectural and engineering processes.
With a strong foundation in computational design, structural optimization, and robotic fabrication, Beikel leads cross-disciplinary teams to develop scalable, high-performance fabrication strategies. Through research and practice, Beikel continues to push the boundaries of design, automation, and material intelligence, shaping the future of computational fabrication.
